Za petu godišnjicu smrti velikog hrvatskog glazbenika Olivera Dragojevića predstavljene su fotografije iz obiteljskog albuma obitelji Dragojević, a koje su vrijedno svjedočanstvo o privatnom životu velike glazbene zvijezde. Od sedamdesetak fotografija koje je za ovu prigodu ustupila glazbenikova obitelj odabrano je tridesetak fotografija objedinjenih nazivom izložbe „Oliver privatno“. Namjera je ovom izložbom pružiti publici uvid u privatnu sferu života velikog glazbenika kojemu je obiteljski i privatni život bio od iznimne važnosti i kojemu je posvećivao veliku pažnju. Poznato je da je Oliver Dragojević ljeti otkazivao sve nastupe i potpuno se posvećivao obitelji i najužem krugu prijatelja. Odabrane fotografije svjedočanstvo su njegove čvrste povezanosti s obitelji, sa suprugom, sinovima i unucima, ali i duboke prisnosti i povezanosti s prijateljima i mještanima. Fotografije su spontane, uglavnom nastale u atmosferi ljetnog ladanja daleko od svjetla reflektora i svjedočanstvo su brojnih obiteljskih intimnih trenutaka s bližnjima. Na njima je Oliver potpuno opušten u društvu najmilijih, sklon humoru, skercima, spontanim nastupima s kolegama i prijateljima. Odabrane su fotografije na kojima vozi bicikl, roni, lovi ribu, spava, igra se s unucima, mazi kućnog ljubimca itd. One su svjedočanstvo njegove posvećenosti obitelji i odanosti zavičaju kroz zajedničko vrijeme u ribolovu, kupanju, kartanju, šetnji, općenito uživanju u velikom plavetnilu Jadrana i malim životnim radostima otočnog raja kojem je čitavim svojim bićem pripadao.

On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the death of the great Croatian musician Oliver Dragojević, we are presenting photographs from the Dragojević family album, as a precious testimony to the music star’s private life. From among some seventy photographs made available for this occasion by the musician’s family, we selected around thirty and united them under the exhibition’s title “Oliver in Private”. The aim of the exhibition is to provide the audience with an insight into the private sphere of the life of the great musician, for whom private and family life were very important, and who dedicated a lot of attention to them. It is well known that Oliver did not perform in the summer and that he used that time to devote himself entirely to his family and the closest circle of his friends. The photographs selected are a testimony to strong ties to his family, tohis wife, sons and grandchildren, and also of deeply intimate links with his friends and fellow residents. The photographs are spontaneous, taken mostly in an atmosphere of summer countryside, far away from spotlights, and they attest to numerous intimate moments he spent with his loved ones. We can see a fully relaxed Oliver surrounded by his loved ones, disposed to joking, gags and spontaneous gigs with his friends.The photographs selected show him riding a bike, snorkelling, fishing, sleeping, playing with grandchildren, patting a dog etc. Such spontaneity and relaxed demeanour is precisely how residents of Vela Luka knew Oliver, and the majority of the photographs were taken in Vela Luka. The photos are a testimony to his devotion to his family and his native land, reflected in the time spent together fishing, swimming in the sea, playing cards, walking and generally enjoying the big blue of the Adriatic and the small joys of life in the island paradise to which he belonged with his whole being.
